You can specify who should receive such notifications - only admins or maybe some other groups like managers. You can even setup separate email notification for users who made these changes, so after they do profile update they receive email about it.

- Select if email should contain new and old values of updated fields or not.
- Select if you want to see in email all current values of user profile or not.
By default you will be monitoring all users from "Registered" group but if you want to monitor some specific groups - just specify it in settings.

Is it possible to notify admin after user edits custom fields ?
Yes, our extension monitor each custom field of Joomla "User-Profile", so you can be sure that brand new field will be displayed in notification email.

After each profile update I need to notify user by email with all changed data, it is possible ?
Yes, you can create separate email template and write there any texts and user fields with values.

How can I add user fields in email notification template ?
In email template editor you can see buttons like "+ Name", "+ Username", etc... please use them to add variables into email template.

You need to send email to us and provide us with details:
- How to reproduce bug
- Screenshots of bug or

Refund Exceptions
No refunds are provided for:
- License renewals for which you can cancel easily anytime the automatic payment at the deadline directly from your My Account page
- Requesting a refund for the same product twice
- More than 2 plugins: a maximum of 2 plugins in total can be refunded
Payment of refunds
Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 5-7 working days since your request has been approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
